Hotel Princesa Parc Excellence Arinsal, Arinsal

During our stay over Christmas on a family ski holiday, we had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, situated at the back and near the lift shaft, were not ideal with bugs and insects present. On the bright side, the service was outstanding, although we had to wait for a restaurant table at times. The location was exceptional, especially for beginners near the telecabin, despite potential discomfort on hot summer nights. The dining options were repetitive but tasty. The facilities were satisfactory overall.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were comfortable with a beautiful view of the stunning mountains, impeccably clean, and had every detail covered. However, it was a bit too warm for my liking. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a great holiday experience. The hotel's location near the telecabin was convenient for beginners, surrounded by bars with a picturesque mountain view and river streams passing by. The dining experience was good but could use more variety. Overall, a great value for the money.

The hotel rooms were lovely, overlooking stunning mountains and exceptionally clean with every detail covered, although there was no air conditioning. However, the rooms were small and had a damp smell, possibly from the Spa. We couldn't get tea and coffee sachets despite asking at reception numerous times.
